Our mission is to empower caregivers to move from surviving to thriving through mindful health, nutrition, and wellness. We are committed to providing personalized support, valuable education, and a supportive community, guiding caregivers towards holistic well-being with a focus on mindfulness. Experience + Guidance

With a background in behavior, community, and family studies, Alisa has dedicated over 30 years to helping others move from surviving to thriving. Her personal caregiver journey of 15 years with her non-verbal, autistic son, Noah ignited a deep understanding of the challenges caregivers face beyond what she had been taught in school and experienced through her work.

What does your program teach?

We teach sustainable wellness habits to optimize your health, happiness, and energy. 

The reason you constantly feel lack of time, energy and burn out is because you are not taking care of YOU! Caregivers experience very specific stresses and require a very specific type of support. We take you from surviving to thriving. 

We support you for over 3 months, teaching master habits, connecting you with a community of people just like you, healthy recipes, wellness tips/videos and weekly coaching calls and access to a private support app. In 3 months, you’ll be amazed with how much better you feel and will have skills and tools you will use for a lifetime.

Who is this program best suited for?

If you are a caregiver in any way, it is for you! 

Whether you are caring for a child with autism or special needs, a family, an aging parent, a partner with chronic or terminal disease or any other type of caregiving, you all share similar pains. You are more than likely exhausted physically and emotionally, have trouble sleeping, might have anxiety or depression and you most likely are taking little or more likely no time to care for yourself. Not caring for yourself is not a short- or long-term solution. 

If any of what you read above seems familiar to you and your life, this program is designed for you. I have walked this path and I know the tools needed to thrive.

Can I pay after the program?

No. Here is the simple truth: If you are not confident enough to know you need to invest in your health and wellness and bet on that, then I am not confident enough to bet my time, money and energy on you either. 

I have realized after many years of hard work that what it takes to make meaningful change and move from surviving to thriving is commitment. That means you put your time, money and energy into the change you want. I know, when you commit with your money, you are ready to show up and WANT the change you need and will succeed.


How is working with you and doing this program different than other coaches and programs?

Because I have been what you are going through.

At one point in my life, I didn’t know that I could go on. I was depressed, anxious, overwhelmed, severely sleep deprived. I was experiencing high blood pressure; chest pain and my general health was horrible. I was smoking to deal with stress, barely exercising, my weight was up and down like a yo-yo, and I had very little joy in life. I hit bottom like I was on a trampoline. It was horrible and one day I decided I didn’t want to feel like that any longer. I learned that while yes, caregiving is incredibly hard, and we can’t avoid all stress WE can manage how we fill our cup, but it isn’t the same as most people’s wellness plans. 

Caregivers have many aspects of their life that don’t’ allow them to just pick up and take breaks when they want, go on vacation, or jaunt off to the spa, which is why I created this program. I GET IT! There isn’t another program out there that meets the specific needs of caregivers, I know because I looked for when I so desperately needed support. 

This is the only program created by a caregiver for caregivers. We all deserve to thrive and this program teaches you to do exactly that.
